Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking up until 15 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their booking between 15 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time are non-refundable.
Guest may move the event date of a confirmed booking to another date within 1 month from the original date, at no cost.
House Rules
48/49 works through a non-host policy. Whilst we provide assistance for things such as setting up the rooms, making sure technological devices are working correctly, and any other arrangements made before the booking, we ask attendees to be self-sufficient during their stay.
We also ask that attendees are conscious to keep noise levels to a realistic standard, as we have multiple professional companies operating in the rest of the building.
