Our luxury meeting rooms are situated in the heart of London and are a five minute walk from both Holborn and Russell Square underground stations, whilst being only ten minutes from Kings Cross St. Pancras.

 

Located on the first floor of a conservation listed historic Georgian building, our rooms are the perfect alternative to your standard business venue. They are elegant, modern, suitable for up to 32 seated delegates, and can accommodate more on request. The spaces offer a warm setting with huge full-height windows that look out onto the stunning private gardens of Russell Square.

48/49 offers two meeting rooms for hire which can open to become one large impressive space. Our rooms are versatile and can accommodate several room setups, from boardroom to theatre style. They are professionally equipped with HD TVs, cosy chairs, high-speed Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, and numerous equipment needs.
